While she mainly takes a relational, existential, and mindfulness-based approach, her work is most importantly person-centered and catered to an individual’s needs. She approaches all issues through a lens of non-judgment, acceptance, and warmth. She encourages growth by challenging you to reconsider old beliefs, old ways of thinking, and old actions/habits/impulses (whether these relate to yourself, others, events, or the world at large) that may no longer serve you.
