Who We Are and What We Do
Garden of Hope Counseling is a small, family-owned counseling practice located in Monroe, Connecticut. We provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, understood, and connected to the right therapist for their needs.
Our team provides therapy for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship and family challenges, emotional regulation, life transitions, and more. With therapists who bring different backgrounds and areas of experience, we work to match each client with a clinician who fits their needs, schedule, and goals for therapy.
